Caring instructions for your jewelry

A few tips to help keep your jewelry from becoming dull or oxidised too quickly

1. Put your jewelry on after applying perfume and cosmetics

2. Remove your jewelry

- before swimming and showering

- before physical activity, Scrubbing or gardening

- before you go to bed

3. Store in a dark, dry place

Guarantee

Each piece is handmade and controlled by Leen Ackaert. 

There is a guarantee of 2 years after purchase on the jewellery:

- For broken pieces, if the piece is broken through manufacturing defects or normal wear. 

- For stones: If a stone falls out due to manufacturing defects (for smaller stones and bigger stones agreed upon when purchased)

- For imperfection in design, materials or workmanship

- For resizing: Reducing rings is ree of charge during the first two years after purchase. A price will be agreed upon to enlarge rings

- For cleanings: Free during the first two years of purchase
